Do I need to let you know before I turn up?
Nope. You are welcome to turn up un-announced to any session. If you do, try and get there 5mins before the class starts so we can chat about your ability and experience (if any) to help you get the most out of the session. You are of course welcome to contact us before hand should you want to.
Is the first lesson Free?
Always.
What should I wear?
Loose comfy clothes and trainers like you would if you went to the gym.
Do you do a student discount?
Yes, if you have a valid student card you can get lessons at a reduced rate.
