Ready to make a faster fitter you?

Start learning this great martial art.

Flexibility is important for any martial art If you want to join the first step is to get down to a class and try out a lesson. Your first Lesson is FREE. This gives you a chance to come and see what you think about the self defence we teach. We know you wont be disappointed. The self defence we teach comes from the tried and tested martial art know as Wing Chun (maybe you have heard of a guy called Bruce Lee, the first martial he learned was Wing Chun Kung Fu).
We have 2 classes one in Putney Leisure Centre and one in Southfields Lower Akroydon Hall. This is in Wadsworth in London. You are welcome to train at both locations. This is useful for those looking for 2 training sessions a week.
Just wear some comfy loose fitting clothes like you would wear to the gym and come along. You can come along alone or with a partner.

Can Anyone Join?

Kick Defence More or less yes. We only ask that students must be 16 or over (or have parental consent). Students will also have to fill out basic questionnaire. This is only to cover legal and medical responsibilities and to get an idea of what the students goals are. Students who have very serious medical conditions that would effect their safety may be asked to consult a doctor before being allowed to train. Anyone with or without previous experience in Wing Chun or any martial art is welcome to train.
